About

I am a Strategic Business Leader with over 15 years of extensive expertise in assurance, audit and compliance, learning and development, leadership, and strategic business management. My career began at PwC, where I advanced to a global managerial role, overseeing audit and compliance reviews for publicly listed companies in North America. Currently, I focus on implementing strategic growth initiatives and innovative strategies to rebrand and restructure Sweet Sensation, one of Nigeria’s pioneering QSRs, ensuring business continuity and sustainability. My leadership style emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and clear communication. I am passionate about mentoring, especially women, as I believe the right mentoring and coaching are key success factors that can accelerate growth. My interests include leadership, organizational transformation, process optimization, business innovation, and nurturing talent.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

I want to be a mentor to give because I have personally experienced the transformative power of strong mentorship. Mentors have been pivotal in my career, helping me overcome challenges and seize opportunities. By mentoring, I aim to empower others to achieve their full potential and drive their growth.

Mentoring also may provide opportunities to serve on boards and advisory roles, where I can leverage my expertise to make a meaningful impact. Additionally, I value the new connections and fresh perspectives that mentoring brings, which enrich and strengthen my professional journey.
