Mentoring is more than a role for me. I’m deeply passionate about helping others unlock their potential, especially those navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal growth, guided by the “Servant Leadership” principle.
I’ve seen firsthand how clarity, confidence, and connection can transform someone’s journey, and I believe mentorship is one of the most powerful tools to make that happen.
My interest in mentoring stems from years of working with business owners, youth leaders, and professionals who often feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unseen. What drives me is the opportunity to walk alongside them—not to give answers, but to ask the right questions, offer structure, and help them reconnect with their purpose.
At Kamamoja Consulting, my focus areas include, Generative AI consulting, supplier and micro-enterprise development, digital transformation, and strategic programme design. But at the heart of it all is people—empowering them to communicate with impact, lead with intention, and build systems that support their growth.
Whether it’s helping someone refine their pitch, navigate compliance, or simply believe in their own voice, I mentor to create space for transformation. I’m here to guide, challenge, and uplift—because when one person grows, communities shift, and legacies are built.

Over the years, I’ve worked closely with entrepreneurs—especially those in underserved communities—who have the passion but often lack the structure, support, or confidence to scale their impact.
