About

I am fullfilling a PhD in Business Leadership at the University of Pretoria, i am also holder of a Masters degree in Leadership from the High College of Unity Leaders in Kinshasa, in DRC. Thanks to my entrepreneurial experiences, I’ve founded since 2016 a Company named Go Forward Institutes, which is first an Industrial business company in Congo and a cabinet helping people to put their visions, projects ans business on the way of growth. I am based in Pretoria, South Africa and have contracted with several organisations to empower people in Leadership, Management, Conflict resolution and Entrepreneurship. I have worked with the Brazilian Global Peace Foundation to empower young entrepreneurs in Congo, I’ve worked wih the Canadian International Peace and development Agency to empower in Kenya, I’ve also worked with the Carter Center, and been awarded for a world bank competition to build an industrial company in Congo. I also speak fluently English, French, Swahili for professional purposes and good level of Spanish, thanks to my good language experience, i can work either in French and English countries and can work with non educated people as well.

I mentor people because i am first naturally an life advisor. I am passionated in helping people to reach growth in their respective fields. I have also studied to be a professional advisor. I am experienced in Business management and thanks to that and my teaching skills i prefer mentoring people to learn more about different cases and have more and innovative strategies for the cases to come. This is why i like mentoring.
