Aside of being an active mentor in other world-class institutions, and having a track record of managing customer communications and implementing groundbreaking initiatives that have resulted in improved satisfaction and retention rates, I’ll be glad to provide mentorship under the umbrella of VC4A on Project Management, Business / Product Development, Custom Loyalty Solutions, Process Architecture, Branding & UI/UX Design.
