I’m a business strategist with over 15 years of experience in consulting, SME scaling, and organizational transformation. My background includes cofounding and managing COMPITE, a platform that impacted 900+ companies across 7 regions of Chile, and currently leading Grupo Singulares, a B Corporation specializing in strategic consulting, executive coaching, and talent selection. My approach combines financial rigor, clear governance, and direct communication. I believe conscious leadership—where action aligned with values is non-negotiable—is the foundation for companies to scale with purpose. I’ve worked intensively with founders and leadership teams on strategic diagnostics, corporate governance structuring, team conflict resolution, and decision-making under pressure. I currently mentor companies in the salmon industry (B2B and sustainability), regional SMEs in Los Lagos, and purpose-driven startups. I’m an accredited mentor in the Professional Coaching Certification program and have training in corporate finance with emphasis on credit risk analysis and accounting management.
