Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

Poverty-reducing or wealth creating growth is created by the entrepreneur.
No one are born an entrepreneur but it can be taught at Business Schools / Economic Support Organizations (incubators/accelerators) or perfectioned e.g. through good mentorship.
Hence, being a good mentor sharing my own experience as entrepreneur and someone who has observed/studied the field gives you an opportunity to shape and play an important role in an enabling entrepreneurship ecosystem.
At the same time I want to influence the Founders in making the revolution that the best and fastest path to growth/expansion and success comes through taking an Impact Enterprise approach by finding solutions to the gigantic development challenges which most African countries are faced with.
So contributing to the creation of an impact revolution also goes through mentorship.
