I am passionate about mentoring because I believe in empowering African tech professionals and entrepreneurs to transform innovative ideas into scalable, sustainable ventures. As the CEO and Founder of Annita Group, I have firsthand experience building and scaling digital products, integrating fintech, e-commerce, AI, logistics, and marketing into one platform that drives economic empowerment and financial inclusion.
My focus areas include digital product development, startup growth strategy, investment readiness, market expansion, Sales, Marketing business operations for MSMEs and more. I enjoy guiding founders on designing solutions that meet real market needs, leveraging technology to reduce operational complexity, and building business models that generate both social and economic impact.
I have previously mentored through the Tony Elumelu Foundation, TRibe Liberia, and other initiatives, supporting entrepreneurs in scaling businesses, accessing markets, and navigating Africa’s digital ecosystem. Mentorship allows me to share practical lessons from my journey, foster innovation, and contribute to Africa’s growing tech landscape, while also learning from emerging talent.
Ultimately, I see mentorship as a mutually enriching process, it enables me to support promising founders in achieving their vision while helping shape Africa’s next generation of tech leaders.
I mentor because I am passionate about giving back to the African startup ecosystem and supporting emerging entrepreneurs in turning innovative ideas into scalable businesses. Mentorship also allows me to identify promising investment opportunities, scout ventures where I could contribute as an advisor or board member, and learn about new industries, technologies, and business models.
Additionally, mentoring helps me expand my professional network and create meaningful connections for both myself and Annita Group, which oversees a portfolio of scalable enterprises. By engaging with talented founders, I can share practical insights from my experience leading Annita, while also staying close to the pulse of innovation across Africa.
