About

I’m keenly interested in mentoring because it represents a unique opportunity to share and pass on the knowledge I’ve acquired over the course of my professional career. As a consultant and manager specializing in business development, project set-up, studies, training and professional coaching, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop valuable expertise that I’d be delighted to pass on to the next generation of leaders.

My interest in mentoring is also motivated by my belief that learning is a continuous, two-way process. By sharing my knowledge, I expose myself to new ideas and perspectives that enrich my own understanding of the field. This enables me to keep abreast of developments in the sector and to continue learning.

My areas of interest include strategic business development, innovative project design and the optimization of training processes. I have a particular passion for initiatives that promote sustainable development and social impact, firmly believing in the importance of creating businesses that are not only profitable, but also responsible.

In addition, I’m interested in one-to-one coaching, where I can help entrepreneurs and professionals identify their strengths, develop their skills and achieve their personal and professional goals. Mentoring allows me to contribute to the growth of others while enriching my own career and personal knowledge.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent

I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and to future entrepreneurs for several fundamental reasons:

1.*Support for innovation*: Startups are often at the forefront of innovation, introducing creative solutions to contemporary challenges. By contributing to this ecosystem, I hope to awaken and support new ideas that can transform industries.

2.*Encourage job creation* : Small businesses and startups are essential engines of economic growth. By helping entrepreneurs, I contribute to sustainable job creation, which is crucial to local and national economic prosperity.

3.*Mentoring and sharing experience*: I’ve gained valuable experience over the course of my career, and I firmly believe in the power of mentoring. By sharing my knowledge and lessons learned, I can help new entrepreneurs overcome obstacles and succeed faster.

4 *Community building*: I believe that entrepreneurial ecosystems thrive when community members help each other. By giving back, I hope to create a more supportive network where entrepreneurs share their challenges, successes and resources.

5 *Social and environmental impact*: I also want to focus on initiatives that have a positive impact on society and the environment. By supporting startups focused on sustainability, I can contribute to a more responsible future.

6.*Nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs*: By supporting emerging entrepreneurs, I want to cultivate a new generation that will continue to innovate and solve tomorrow’s problems. This creates a cycle where each generation builds on the success of the previous one.

In short, my passion for entrepreneurship and my desire to contribute to a better future motivate me to give back to the startup ecosystem. I believe in the power of entrepreneurship to bring about significant and lasting change in our societies.
