About

Hello, my name is Dr. Glory and I’ve been working as a management consultant first at Accenture and afterwards, building Kleos Advisory Africa over the past 15 years. I’m interested in Africa as I see entrepreneurship as a vehicle for the economic development of the continent. I’m looking to support aspiring and early-stage startup founders in their set-up phase as I believe my proprietary institutional entrepreneurship framework can add the most value then. I write about entepreneurship for the Harvard Business Review and you can view one of my articles here: https://hbr.org/2023/05/what-african-fintech-startups-can-teach-silicon-valley-about-longevity

Mentorship motivation

  • I am looking for new investments
  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

I want to leverage my experience and knowledge to support and guide new entrepreneurs, helping them navigate challenges and achieve success. I am actively seeking roles where I can offer strategic insights, governance, and mentorship, adding value to organizations at a higher level. I aim to expand my network, fostering relationships that can benefit both me and the organizations I am involved with, facilitating collaboration and growth.
