About

With nearly a decade of global experience in program and project management, I have dedicated my career to empowering young entrepreneurs and fostering innovation. My professional journey has been marked by impactful initiatives, such as playing a key role in the Mastercard Foundation’s MSMEs COVID-19 Recovery and Resiliency Programme, which supported 10,000 MSMEs, and leading SNV Ghana’s Boosting Green Employment and Enterprise Opportunities in Ghana (GrEEn) project. These experiences have honed my skills and fueled my passion for mentoring the next generation of business leaders.

My interest in mentoring stems from a deep commitment to empowering young people and women-led businesses. By sharing my expertise in business model development, brand positioning and marketing, access to finance, and growth-stage business scale-up, I aim to provide the guidance and support aspiring entrepreneurs need to navigate the complexities of starting and scaling their businesses. Mentoring allows me to leverage my extensive experience in developing impactful programs and managing projects end-to-end, ensuring my mentees achieve tangible results and lasting impact.

I am particularly focused on incubation and acceleration programs, where I can make a significant difference by equipping young entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. My work with various international projects, such as establishing the Nigerian Agribusiness Resource Center and supporting business service providers in Malawi, has given me a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities faced by entrepreneurs in diverse contexts.

My passion for mentoring is driven by a desire to foster innovation and entrepreneurship globally, and to contribute to the success of young entrepreneurs through dedicated support and expertise.
