About

Hello, my name is Enita and I am a value creator and community builder, and in the past 13 years has been producing and facilitating viable products and projects in civil engineering (specifically in infrastructure engineering) and literacy development in Nigeria. Other areas of influence include project management, civil construction, real estate, facility management, and quality management.

My motivation for mentoring stems as a believer and practitioner of value systems and propositions that encourage growth, development, the joy of creating value in teams for others and myself, and community development.

I am passionate about women’s empowerment and aspire to create and support ecosystems that develop women in their careers or business endeavours.

My main focus areas on mentorship are from Idea to Maturity stages in the following sectors/subjects: civil engineering, real estate, CONtech, Edtech, social commerce, African capitalism, social entrepreneurship, e-commerce, etc. I am also open to learning and mentoring in other subjects.

Mentorship motivation

  • I am looking for new investments
  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

Growing up in an emerging environment where people have limited opportunities has spurred me to maximize my potential and influence: as I aspire to give back and be part of the growth and development of the society.
