Mentorship motivation

  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent

As a seasoned professional with nearly a decade of experience in business, AI, and cybersecurity training, mentoring, and program management, I am deeply committed to empowering women entrepreneurs. Having mentored over 12,000 business owners and jobseekers across Africa and beyond, I have seen firsthand the transformative impact of tailored support and guidance. My work with the Google Digital Skills for Africa project, where I contributed to training and mentoring over six million people, has further fueled my passion for bridging the gender gap in access to opportunities.

I am particularly drawn to the She Wins Africa mentorship program because it aligns with my dedication to empowering women-led startups. Through my roles in various organizations and initiatives like #SheMeansBusiness and the SLA Level-Up program, I have consistently worked to equip women entrepreneurs with the skills and strategies needed to succeed in today’s digital and business landscape. Joining She Wins Africa will allow me to continue this important work, supporting female founders in overcoming challenges, accessing early-stage financing, and achieving sustainable growth.
