I am interested in mentoring start ups and SMEs because I believe my over 25 years of experience would contribute to higher levels of success for the mentees. Secondly, am a firm believer in giving back to society and this is one way of doing so. Thirdly, I believe by mentoring younger people I will learn something new with every new interaction. I will also get an opportunity to expand my horizons as a solution provider to this vital segment of the economy.
The African continent is filled with many youthful persons who are lacking in the expert knowledge I possess that can transform their business operations onto a roaring success.
My areas of interest revolve around Business Development, Sales enablement, sales systems, sales growth and market penetration/expansion

My main motivation for mentorship is in the belief of “dying empty”.This notion operates on the presumption that all the knowledge, skills, information,experiences gathered over the past few decades would count for nothing If I die with it.
I must, of essence share it as much as possible to those who need it for their benefit as well as for societal good.By mentoring upcoming businesses and people,I will be doing my noble part of building up our continent and ensuring higher rates of success abound around African neighborhoods
