Gabriel Eze

My job is to ensure that the company’s operations run smoothly and on time. This means I work with and organise people around core operations, budgets, mission delivery, and strategy. In the end, I’m the guy who makes sure key performance indicators are in place, and targets are met.
I’d love to be a part of the VC4A Mentorship for 3 reasons: First, I’ve always thought that great impact emanates from value-based leadership (or mentorship). I believe this is what VC4A is all about, and through this program, I hope to lend practical skills to enhance the ability of founders to lead by communicating their vision to team members and stakeholders more clearly, while resolving conflicts as they may arise. Secondly, it will be a privilege to sit with founders doing interesting work to expose new insights about their work. Finally, I’d like to expand my networks and perspectives by listening to builders and founders across industries and organisations. Participating in this ecosystem, ultimately, helps advance my personal development while giving back to the community.
