I am interested in joining this program due to my background in business development coaching. I believe there is a lot more I can acquire in soft skills and experience to boost my career in business mentorship. I am passionate about helping start-ups thrive and to make them sustainable going concern ventures.

I possess an Accounting background, and have been active in the field for 5 years. I am currently the Head of Monitoring Evaluation and Learning at Thinking Minds Ghana and also currently a Business development coach on the WIDU project by GIZ.

Due to my understanding of the challenges that start ups face, I am motivated to mentor in order to share my knowledge, experience, and network of contacts, helping start up entrepreneurs avoid pitfalls and increase their chances of success.

I’m motivated to mentor because I enjoy being part of the excitement and witnessing the growth of a new business.
