About

I mentor because I genuinely enjoy helping founders think more clearly, especially when they are navigating complexity, uncertainty, or strategic crossroads. Over the years, I’ve seen that many entrepreneurial challenges are not caused by lack of intelligence or effort, but by misaligned framing, overlooked trade-offs, or short-term thinking under pressure.

As a serial entrepreneur and investor with over 12 years of experience in public markets, I bring a systems-level perspective to business decisions. My background spans investing, consulting for venture capital actors in Sweden (including collaboration with organizations such as Almi), and working closely with diverse founders navigating structural and strategic challenges.

Growing up in Sweden while rooted in another cultural heritage has shaped how I approach decision-making. Living between two cultural frameworks taught me to hold competing perspectives simultaneously, compare assumptions, and search for common ground. This ability translates directly into business: strong decisions require evaluating trade-offs, stress-testing assumptions, and thinking several steps ahead to avoid future friction.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

I’m passionate about mentoring because I believe that shared knowledge is a catalyst for real progress. I’ve spent over a decade investing and building businesses, and I’ve learned firsthand how crucial it is to pause, reflect, and get a fresh perspective. By mentoring, I get to help entrepreneurs navigate uncertainty, identify their hidden leverage points, and make decisions that create long-term impact. It also keeps me intellectually sharp, continuously learning from diverse founders and new challenges, which I find incredibly energizing.
