I am focused on helping my mentees make a positive difference in their community by ensuring they are building enterprises that are sustainable. It’s important for innovators to collect,analyse data, track progress, and communicate impact to stakeholders.
I believe this will also lead to my personal and professional growth, improved performance for the mentee and a sense of satisfaction from helping others.
