Certified in business management by Cabinet CESAM, my career path is rich and varied. I have held strategic roles such as Partnership Advisor on the Benibiz Project, Expert in Agribusiness Cluster Coaching, and Coordinator of the Union Régionale des Producteurs d’Anacarde de l’Ouémé-Plateau. I have also been Project Coordinator for the NGO KYBS in the Central African Republic, Consultant for the SAFEVEG Project, Trainer at the Institut Universitaire des Métiers de l’Agriculture in Djougou, Principal Consultant for the agripreneur insertion study, Associate Consultant for the analysis of the inclusion of small producers, and Expert in Agricultural Entrepreneurship in Togo. In addition, I have trained entrepreneurs under the World Bank’s Youth Employment Project (PEJ) and assessed the skills of small producers in Benin. My experience also includes coaching agricultural business clusters and developing business plans for various sectors. My core competencies include leadership, project management, partnership development, training, strategic analysis, and commitment to inclusion and sustainable development.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

As a professional with over 15 years’ experience in agribusiness, I am deeply motivated by the opportunity to become a VC4A mentor. My career path, marked by strategic roles in coaching entrepreneurs and developing agribusiness clusters, bears witness to my commitment to promoting inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurship in Africa. My training in the economics and sociology of rural development, combined with certification in business management, has enabled me to develop solid expertise in leadership, project management and training. I’m particularly passionate about supporting young entrepreneurs, having already accompanied many young people through various projects, notably as part of the World Bank’s Youth Employment Project (PEJ). My experience as a trainer, consultant and coach gives me a unique perspective on helping talented young people overcome the challenges of entrepreneurship, develop viable business plans and build high-impact enterprises. I’m convinced that my commitment to inclusion and sustainable development aligns perfectly with VC4A’s mission to transform society by creating high-growth businesses. I’m ready to use my expertise and passion to help young entrepreneurs reach their full potential and make a positive contribution to the economic and social transformation of the African continent.
