I am interested in growing and developing people and enjoy coaching. I am passionate about developing human capital through education and building cultures that can grow and strengthen organisations. I have a background in sales and marketing, and in education and startups. I run a vocational education start up, BluLever Education, and our purpose is to empower Africa’s artisans with skills for the future. We are building a movement of 5 million artisans as active citizens, through holistic and high quality education. I started my company in 2018, and since then have learnt a lot that I am happy to share.
