About

I’m an experienced startup and scale-up mentor that is committed to helping entrepreneurs in overcoming obstacles and achieve their objectives. With a background in business, agility, and project management, I can provide a wide range of abilities, information, and resources to support the success of my clients. Working with ambitious startups and scale-ups is something I’m enthusiastic about, and I’m constantly on the lookout for innovative methods to support their expansion. Because of the many years of expertise I’ve gained, I have an instinctive grasp of the particular problems that entrepreneurs encounter, and I’m dedicated to guiding my clients through the process of being successful.

I started working as a Project Manager in 2014, managing multiple virtual teams across Europe and simultaneously executing several projects. Typical day tasks in this role included coordination between operational teams and technical teams, strategic planning with clients, documentation and archiving at every step, and ensuring efficient and effective communication channels.

In 2019, I joined Orange Business Services as a Customer Project Manager, which added a new dimension and perspective to my previous role, which is being customer-facing, formally representing my organization. In addition, this new role required organizing internal and external conferences, workshops, and customer visits. This role also required me to rely heavily on my time management and organizational skills and my fluency in using Microsoft Project software.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

I think that mentorship can be a really useful tool for those who want to start their own businesses. Mentors can help aspiring entrepreneurs in developing ideas, resolve issues, and identify opportunities by offering direction and advice. Mentors can also aid in developing the confidence, tenacity, and resilience crucial for entrepreneurs by providing support and encouragement. I want to mentor new entrepreneurs in order to support their success and help them realize their full potential. My objective is to provide a cooperative and encouraging environment where entrepreneurs may share knowledge and gain insight from the experiences of those who have come before them. In the end, I aim to empower business owners and aid them in achieving their objectives by using my knowledge and experience.
