Over 14 years, I’ve built apps, led teams, run operations, founded companies, coached executives, and helped organisations across healthcare, fintech, and telecom run efficiently and unlock growth. The work is different every time. The fundamentals rarely are.

I currently work with founders, executives, startups, and growing organisations on the gap between strategy and results. That gap is almost always about execution, systems, or leadership. Usually all three. The work is practical and direct, grounded in experience rather than theory.
