Lamia Naguib

Hello there! I’m Lamia. I serve as the Managing Director and one of the founders, at Aurora Advertising Agency. Throughout my 20+ years career journey in marketing and digital media strategy world; I’ve collaborated with brands to share their narratives effectively and meaningfully! Besides my life path I take pride in being a mom, to three wonderful kids which has shown me the value of resilience, creativity and determination. I have a dedication, to supporting the startup community because I truly believe in how mentorship can bring about change and growth opportunities for others on their entrepreneurial journey. Having traveled the road of establishing a business from scratch myself has provided me with a deep understanding of the triumphs and challenges that accompany such a venture. As a mentor my aim is to offer guidance derived from my journey providing perspectives and knowledge to assist startups, in steering clear of common obstacles and realizing their aspirations to the fullest extent possible. To motivate entrepreneurs to dream big and stay adaptable while having faith, in the journey is crucial because each obstacle encountered leads to development, for them and their ventures thrive by helping others succeed within a flourishing startup community.

The primary reason is to give back and support young entrepreneurs in their journey.
