Co-founder of 8 start-ups, 3 exits, 3 failures. I have collaborated with the EBRD, UNIDO, US Aid, the World Bank, the UNCTAD, the GIZ, the AFD… and founded a business union. I have also taught in various schools in Master 2. I support my European and African customers in implementing digital strategies and operational plans to expand their prospect portfolios, improve organizational efficiency at all stages of the pipeline, transform classic institutional websites into effective marketing and sales tools, set up an online sales channel, etc., and so on. sales channel, etc. I also prepare tables of simulations, pitch-decks & BPs for entrepreneurs, up to fundraising. Some of them like to be advised for more efficiency and better decision making.
Most existing mentoring that I’ve met in African French speaking countries is done by people of low experience. It’s more like post university courses than effective coaching: it lacks this je-ne-sais-quoi of true experience as an entrepreneur and matter of fact approach. As a European, I feel extremely lucky to have been allocated with such a generous environment, and I feel better to give back some of what I benefited. At the same time, I remain business oriented, I have no patience for people complaining who don’t do their duty on the hard path to success.
