My approach combines structured frameworks (including Circulab methodologies) with strong hands-on experience in the field.
I mainly work on topics related to repair, refurbishment, and extending the lifespan of electronic devices including workshop setup, process optimization, team training, and operational structuring.
I intervene both at the strategic level (value chain analysis, opportunity identification) and at the operational level, ensuring that ideas are translated into concrete and actionable solutions.
I have worked on projects in Europe and Africa, supporting the development of circular activities adapted to local realities.
I am particularly interested in projects aiming to unlock value from existing assets (such as unused or underutilized devices) and to make circular models economically viable.
Most circular economy strategies remain theoretical my focus is on making them work in real conditions.
I also speak French and can support French-speaking projects.

I see mentorship as a way to help entrepreneurs turn ideas into concrete and operational solutions.
