I am passionate about mentoring because it creates ripple effects of empowerment. Since March 2026, I have been a mentor with the Global Mentorship Initiative (GMI), guiding young professionals worldwide to build confidence, sharpen their skills, and align their ambitions with actionable strategies. This global role complements my work as Business Development Specialist at Teeg Wende Services, where I lead the REVI Burkina project. REVI Burkina is designed to transform entrepreneurship into a pathway for resilience, specifically targeting internally displaced persons (IDPs), vulnerable populations, and people with disabilities. My focus areas combine eco-innovation, circular economy, and impact quantification, ensuring that solutions are not only technically sound but also measurable and replicable. I emphasize evidence-based storytelling, helping entrepreneurs and mentees translate their work into quantifiable outcomes that resonate with donors, investors, and fellowship programs. Teeg Wende Services has been selected for international incubation platforms such as Bridge for Billions and the Venture Labs program, which validates the scalability and credibility of our approach. These experiences reinforce my belief that mentorship is not just about transferring knowledge, it is about equipping others to lead, innovate, and create inclusive impact. By combining global mentorship with local entrepreneurship initiatives, I aim to multiply impact and empower vulnerable communities to become catalysts of change.
I mentor because I want to give back to the entrepreneurial ecosystem and help emerging innovators transform challenges into opportunities. REVI Burkina is designed to empower internally displaced persons (IDPs), vulnerable populations, and people with disabilities by turning them into entrepreneurs capable of driving resilience and inclusion in their communities. My focus areas include eco-innovation, circular economy, and impact quantification, ensuring that solutions are not only technically sound but also measurable and replicable. I emphasize evidence-based storytelling, helping entrepreneurs and mentees translate their work into outcomes that resonate with donors, investors, and fellowship programs. Teeg Wende Services has been selected for international incubation platforms such as Bridge for Billions and the Venture Labs program, which validates the scalability and credibility of our approach. Through mentorship, I also scout new opportunities for collaboration, explore potential advisory roles, and build strategic connections that strengthen both my organization and the entrepreneurs I support. Ultimately, mentoring allows me to multiply impact by equipping others to lead, innovate, and create inclusive change.
