Lucy Muigai

I am a cross-functional leader with 14 years of experience entailing business and finance operations, program management, grant management, strategy formulation and implementation, talent management, business development, fundraising and board advisory across multiple geographies that includes Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and the US. I have also worked in worked in various industries in international development, financial services, hospitality and logistics; and energy. I am interested in mentoring because I have developed skillsets that I believe would benefit entreprenuers. I am also passionate about working with entreprenuers, having worked with them for the past 5 years. I am also an advisory member of a start up based in Uganda.

My focus areas are: setting up operations for success, financial management, setting up processes and systems, business sustainability support services (integrating ESGs and aligning your business to SDGs)

As I mentioned earlier, I am interested in mentoring because I have developed skillsets that I believe would benefit entrepreneurs. I am also extremely passionate about working with entrepreneurs, having worked with them for the past 5 years. I am also an advisory member of a start up based in Uganda.
