About
I am the Founder and CEO of Mamor Capital, an investment holding company and an early-stage investor in African start-ups offering solutions to drive connectivity and digital inclusion.
I am a seasoned investment executive with more than 20 years’ experience in investment banking spanning corporate finance advisory, private equity, mezzanine finance, infrastructure finance and mergers and acquisitions.
I have found a way to combine my passion for investment banking with entrepreneurship. My entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding a telecommunication infrastructure solutions business and successfully leading execution of two acquisitions to drive the company’s growth strategy.
I am passionate about good governance and ethical leadership and my board experience includes serving on listed and unlisted company boards with local and international operations.
Prior to establishing Mamor Capital, I served as the Executive Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for Vodacom Group, responsible for executing mergers and acquisitions transactions in line with the Group’s strategy.
I am an advocate for women empowerment with a passion for personal development and self-leadership.

I have over 20 years experience in investment banking spanning corporate finance, private equity, infrastructure finance and mergers and acquisitions. I have spent a number of years working with entrepreneurs and learning how to build sustainable business models and attract funding. In 2017 we co-founded a telecommunications solutions business in the fibre and wireless space and in 2022 later launched a VC firm focusing on backing startups that offer solutions to drive connectivity, digital payments and online market platforms.
I have a good understanding of risk management, good governance and key drivers of growth. I would like to share my knowledge and expertise on lessons learnt whilst working with other entrepreneurs and my personal experience as an entrepreneur.
