About

I’m passionate about mentoring because I believe in the power of guidance and support to unlock potential. My interests lie in empowering individuals, particularly women, to thrive in tech and business. Through my experience with ReachOut Namibia Charity Foundation, I’ve seen firsthand the transformative impact of mentorship on youth empowerment. My focus areas include fostering leadership skills, promoting innovation, and cultivating resilience in the face of challenges. I’m driven by the belief that everyone deserves access to opportunities for growth and development, and mentoring allows me to contribute to creating a more equitable and inclusive society.

Mentorship motivation

  • I am looking for new investments
  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

I mentor because I believe in the transformative power of guidance and support. Mentoring allows me to share my knowledge and experiences, helping others navigate their own paths to success. Seeing mentees grow and achieve their goals brings me immense satisfaction and fulfillment. Mentoring is not just about imparting knowledge; it’s about fostering personal and professional growth, building confidence, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Ultimately, mentoring is my way of giving back and making a positive impact on others’ lives.
