Martha Karimi

Hello my name is Martha a dedicated strategist and innovator with a passion for enabling leaders of high-growth, impact-driven organizations in Sub-Saharan Africa and the U.S. My work focuses on strategy development, organization development, leadership transition, executive coaching, and C-suite level hiring. I thrive at helping leaders concentrate on what truly matters to achieve their mission. I’m interested in Africa and other emerging markets where English is the main business language. I would love to support growth stage founders as they accelerate their businesses as I believe having a sounding board and external guidance adds value by helping them move through the chaos and agility of growth with clarity and confidence. My interests are in health, education, climate change, creative economy, and sustainable food systems.

My motivation to mentor businesses and leaders comes from my deep passion and desire to see progress and the creation of sustainable ventures that transform lives and our economies. I am a curious individual who is always learning new ideas, tools, knowledge etc and so through mentorship I get to share with the world what I know. I have personally benefited from being mentored thus know that such support is highly valuable for founders and their organizations. This would also be a great opportunity to meet new people and grow my network across Africa and other emerging markets.
