My name is Mfon, and I am an experienced Human Resources professional who has built experience in the start-up space for over a decade now. I have been fortunate to work with outstanding startups right from being a graduate until now, and this has helped me to grow and build a relevant career path.

Based on my learning and the opportunities I have been exposed to in over 10 start-ups and SMEs, I want to give back through knowledge-sharing and bringing clarity to businesses at that level.

I have experience in fintech, healthtech, edutech, and agritech with exceptional skill in building systems, processes, frameworks, and structures that help businesses or organizations manage their people, scale, and thrive while achieving business goals.
