A management professional with over 20 years’ of experience, having taken on a range of challenging executive, operations and sales management positions across multiple functions in geographically and culturally diverse environments in Multinational organizations.
An MBA degree holder in Marketing and Strategic Management, and with a career in sales and operations management.
Throughout my career in the oilfield, I have grown accustomed to working under pressure, and taking on new assignments with minimum or no training. Taking responsibility and ownership of projects or operations from A to Z with minimal support, until finding the means to improve efficiency and performance. All this was done in some of the most challenging environments.

And I’m looking to channel my expertise through mentorship to the young entrepreneurs who are disrupting the African ecosystem.

I am looking to dedicate some of my time to coach and mentor young business talents, and share my modest experience and knowledge to their benefit.
I feel satisfied with my own accomplishments, and now it gives me more satisfaction to help someone else succeed. Accumulated knowledge and experience must be shared and used, otherwise it is worthless. And I hope that in doing so I will gain more knowledge, exposure and experience from all the people I interact with.
There is no sweeter feeling than “success”. But, a lot of times those who really strive for it don’t have some key ingredients.
