Narayan Kulkarni

I have supported dozens of current and aspiring changemakers and founders around the world to create innovative and socially impactful solutions supporting all 17 UN SDGs. I am an impact-driven professional whose professional experience includes helping hospitals and health systems develop growth strategies and applying complex data analytics identify operational improvements translating to millions in revenue / cost reduction opportunities. Due to my lived experience of being an underrepresented minority and previous impactful mentorship experiences I’ve had with people from emerging markets around the world, I am very passionate about supporting founders in emerging markets and founders anywhere in the world who identify as underrepresented or a minority in their industry or community. While I am sector agnostic and stage agnostic, my subject matter expertise is greatest in healthcare, healthtech, climate, and climatetech.

Numerous mentors have provided me thoughtful questions, insightful feedback, helpful resources, and encouragement that have increased my confidence and helped me transform through navigating professional challenges. As a result, I have sought to pay this forward through mentorship. Mentoring numerous changemakers and founders around the world has been immensely rewarding as I have developed meaningful two-way relationships, learned more about different markets and industries, advised them on specific business needs, and enjoyed guiding them through challenges they face in their growth and their business. In both one-off sessions and more longitudinal mentoring relationships, changemakers and founders I’ve supported in the past have appreciated the intentional and thoughtful questions that I ask, the unique perspective that I have brought, and the encouragement I give to help them reach their next level. I’d love to contribute in this way to more founders so that more people and communities can be positively impacted through meaningful innovations.
