About

I’m Khadidiatou Ndoye, a certified mentor with diverse experience in mentoring, human resource management and training. Currently, I am engaged with the KPC Consortium for the Sunu Seonbae program and Orange Corners Senegal’s Ignite program, where I guide women entrepreneurs in developing their skills and managing their businesses. My background also includes roles such as digital education trainer at Polaris Asso and human resources assistant at Fondation Emploi Jeune, which have enabled me to develop in-depth expertise in several professional fields.

My areas of interest and expertise focus on women’s empowerment, entrepreneurial development and personal growth. I specialize in strategic mentoring, human resources management, and the use of digital tools for entrepreneurship. My ongoing training, including programs such as the Thales Digital Women Fellowship and the SMART-ECO Program, strengthens my skills in digital marketing and entrepreneurship, enabling me to provide comprehensive support tailored to the needs of female entrepreneurs.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up

My motivation for mentoring stems from my deep commitment to empowering women and supporting aspiring entrepreneurs. Having benefited from invaluable advice throughout my career, I’m convinced of the transformative impact mentoring can have on professional and personal success. As a mentor, I have the chance to pass on my knowledge and experience, while actively contributing to the growth and development of female entrepreneurs.

I find it particularly rewarding to help others overcome obstacles, develop their leadership, and achieve their goals. Mentoring allows me to share my skills in human resources management, entrepreneurial strategy and the use of digital tools, while fostering a supportive learning environment. For me, it’s a way of making a positive contribution to the entrepreneurial community and helping future leaders to succeed.
