Driven by a passion to empower smallholder farmers (BoP), I seek to leverage my expertise in the commercialization of agricultural technologies to collaborate with agricultural companies that prioritize the grassroots impact of new technologies and/or innovations. I excel at translating innovations into actionable strategies, bridging the gap between innovators and end-users to scale effective solutions. Beyond simply sharing knowledge, I offer impactful mentorship to BoP entrepreneurs, farmers, and extension workers, drawing on my diverse skillset, deep understanding of BoP communities, and extensive regional network.
My goals are to:
• Develop and implement sustainable solutions that address the specific needs of BoP farmers.
• Champion grassroots innovations that create tangible impact at the field level.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange and build capacity within BoP communities.
• Propose ways in which they can connect their agricultural companies with the communities they serve.
• Foster a collaborative ecosystem that accelerates inclusive development in BoP agriculture.

I believe my dedication to grassroots impact, combined with my diverse skillset and smallholder farmer expertise, makes me an asset to as a mentor in empowering organization or persons working with smallholder farmers especially in COMESA region, Africa.
