I am deeply interested in mentoring because I believe entrepreneurs and leaders often encounter critical “inflection points” in their journeys where the right guidance can make the difference between stagnation and transformative growth. Having worked in strategy and operations consulting for 20 years across industries such as FMCG, technology, financial services, hospitality, travel, and real estate in global markets, I have seen firsthand how founders benefit from access to structured thinking, actionable insights, and empathetic support.
My primary interests lie in supporting early- and growth-stage founders who are building scalable, sustainable businesses. I focus on three areas:– Strategy Consulting: Helping founders clarify their vision, sharpen their value proposition, and translate strategy into execution roadmaps.– Business Intelligence: Enabling data-driven decisions through competitor analysis, market insights, financial and operational analysis, and opportunity mapping.– Operations Improvement: Working with entrepreneurs to strengthen processes, people systems, and organizational culture so that growth is not only fast but also sustainable.
I am especially passionate about mentoring founders who are navigating challenges in scaling beyond their home markets, building strong teams and leadership structures, or leveraging technology and digital transformation for business advantage. I see my role as that of a catalyst—helping leaders gain clarity, structure their approach, and access the confidence and tools needed to take decisive action.
Mentoring is also a two-way learning journey for me. Working closely with diverse entrepreneurs provides fresh perspectives, new ideas, and cultural insights that enrich my own practice and allow me to give back with greater empathy and relevance. I look forward to contributing meaningfully to the VC4A community while learning alongside passionate founders shaping the future.
I am motivated to mentor because I believe entrepreneurs deserve access to the right guidance at critical stages of their journey. Having worked for about 20 years in strategy and operations consulting across industries and geographies, I see mentoring as a way to give back to the startup ecosystem by sharing practical insights, frameworks, and experiences that can help founders scale with clarity and confidence.
At the same time, mentoring is a powerful two-way exchange. It allows me to stay curious and continuously learn about new industries, business models, and emerging trends. Every conversation with a founder brings fresh perspectives, innovative thinking, and cultural insights that strengthen my own practice and keep me closely connected to the evolving business landscape.
I also view mentoring as an entry point for deeper collaboration. Many startups benefit not only from ad-hoc guidance but also from long-term strategic partnerships. Through the mentoring process, I am open to exploring opportunities where my expertise can add sustained value—whether as an advisor, consultant, or in a board capacity. This aligns with my broader goal of helping organizations build strong strategies, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and resilient operational foundations.
Finally, I believe in the power of networks. Mentoring enables me to connect with ambitious founders, fellow mentors, and investors, creating meaningful relationships that can spark collaborations and amplify impact. For me, mentoring is about empowering entrepreneurs while building bridges that unlock shared growth and transformation.
