Hello, my name is CPA Nixon Onyango Wandera. I am the Finance Lead and co-founder of Fadhili Cancer Support Organization, a registered non-profit in Kenya focused on reducing the cancer burden through early detection, patient navigation and community environmental empowerment. Over the past six years, I have been building sustainable health programs, digital solutions like health & finance tech and community capacity-building initiatives that have reached over 8745 vulnerable persons and trained 565 healthcare providers.
I am particularly interested in fundraising, financial sustainability and scaling social impact, as I believe this is the stage where mentorship can make the most difference. My focus areas include strategic growth,f innovative finance & health-tech solutions and building resilient nonprofit models that can be scaled across Africa and beyond.
I mentor because I am passionate about supporting social impact ventures and early-stage organizations, particularly in health and community development. Through mentorship, I aim to share my financial and operational expertise, help organizations scale sustainably and contribute to meaningful initiatives that improve access to healthcare and strengthen grassroots systems. Mentoring also allows me to stay engaged with innovative solutions, expand my network in the social impact ecosystem, and explore potential partnerships or advisory roles that align with Fadhili Cancer Support Organization’s mission.
