I am the country director of AUSP Burundi, i have been a mentor training youth from Uganda and Tanzania who were starting their start up. My company is called PRADM CONSULTING , project advice and management consulting, we focus on entrepreneurship, education , marketing and training on agriculture.

A highly resourceful, flexible, innovative and enthusiastic project manager. Possessing considerable experience of managing projects from beginning to end, defining the project plan, timeline, scope and executing the analysis before providing detailed recommendations. Having an impressive track record of delivering major operational improvement and of orchestrating people, schedules and resources for optimum productivity, efficiency and quality. Possess effective communication skills in both oral and written English, French and Swahili, proficiency in using Microsoft suite with great collaboration and problem-solving skills.
