About

I have been an entrepreneur for over 17 years running an IT company in Zambia, delivering IT products and services to both local and international organisation. (Computers for Africa Solutions)

In this period I have gained alot of experience in how to run a business as well as, aspects of Cash flow, Business and financial management.

I have also participated in business growth programs like the Stanford Aspire business growth program in collaboration with the Africa Institute of management, where I gained practical insites and tools to grow and manage businesses.

I am passionate about entrepreneurship, as this is the life I have lived and earned from for the past 17years.

I also work as COO for Business Hives Solutions a company that focuses on helping organizations improve their business through customer care and sales trianing, business management consulting, coperate gorvanance consultancy services and capital sourcing .

I belive for Africa to succeed, we must grow our business into organization with capacity to compete with other multinational organizations. We must build professional and sustainable comprate gorvanance structurs and transform how the organisation orperate, from one man shows to enterprises. We have allot of self employed workers and not actual entrepreneurs running self-sustaining business with good and strong corprate structure that will sustian and grow the organizations.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

As part of my coperate social responsibility I wish to mentor others to not make the mistakes I made but rather gain from my experience and trianning over the years.
