I am Omotola Dorcas, a passionate entrepreneur and results-oriented business leader with over 10 years of experience in marketing, business development, and strategic planning.
My background spans web3 marketing, executive training, sales, and more. I possess a deep understanding of the Nigerian market, honed through relationship building, deal negotiation, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
My passion lies in empowering others. As the founder of Virtual Domain, a Consulting and Training firm, I directly help clients achieve their goals through strategic guidance and expertise.
I’m particularly drawn to the VC4A mentorship program because of my strong belief in the potential of Africa’s startup ecosystem. Leveraging my experience and current work with Founders in startup ecosystems and SMEs, I’m eager to mentor and guide the next generation of innovative African entrepreneurs.
I am confident that my skills in creative problem-solving, relationship-building, and strategic planning will be valuable assets to VC4A mentors and the program participants. I am a team player, highly motivated, and committed to mutual success.
As a Pan-African entrepreneur resident of Nigeria, I am fully available to actively participate in the VC4A mentorship program.
My desire to mentor stems from a passion for teaching and coaching and a deep belief in the potential of Africa’s startup ecosystem and a passion for empowering others.
With over a decade of experience in marketing, business development, and strategic planning, I’ve honed valuable skills in problem-solving, relationship building, and guiding others towards success. These are exactly the tools I want to share with aspiring entrepreneurs through VC4A.
My experience working with over 5000 entrepreneurs has given me a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing African startups, particularly in areas of business growth, team building, performance enhancement an workflow process automation.
Through mentorship, I hope to bridge this knowledge gap and help them navigate the path to success.
I’m particularly motivated by the collaborative nature of the VC4A program. I believe learning is a two-way street, and I’m eager to learn from the program participants and fellow mentors while sharing my own experience.
