For a very long time, I found myself volunteering to solve people’s challenges. As I grew older, I realised that actually, my passion for solving problems for others was actually entrepreneurship!
Since 2010, I committed myself to helping other entrepreneurs in realizing their dreams. I have been coaching, mentoring and helping others connect to resources, partnerships and opportunities. I feel called to empower others to succeed, which is what inspired my business name, Empower Advisory.
Am therefore here to connect with like minded coaches and mentors, and in the process, join forces in doing what we do best; empower others!

From my experience in coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs, I have identified several areas that entrepreneurs have challenges in:
1. Defining Value Proposition.
2. Mobilizing and prudently managing resources, especially financial.
3. Vision and Strategy formulation. Most have a very short horizon for their business.
4. Team building. This is a major challenge in start-ups.
Based on the type of business and particular stage of enterprise development, am able to help the entrepreneur see the big picture, then work backwards for success. We are able to agree on specific interventions, action points and monitoring timelines.
