I am interested in mentoring because I believe practical guidance and shared experience are critical for building successful and sustainable businesses, especially for early-stage entrepreneurs. Through my journey as a social entrepreneur and founder of Philemon Farm, I have seen how access to the right knowledge and support can transform ideas into real income-generating ventures.
My work focuses on agribusiness development, particularly in mushroom farming and sustainable production systems using Juncao technology. I have trained over 300 individuals, with more than 150 actively running their own businesses. This experience has given me strong insight into the challenges entrepreneurs face, including limited capital, lack of technical skills, and difficulty accessing markets.
As a mentor, my focus is on helping entrepreneurs build practical, scalable, and impact-driven business models. I am particularly interested in supporting startups in agribusiness, social entrepreneurship, and community-based enterprises. I guide mentees in areas such as business model development, revenue generation, market access, and cost-effective startup strategies.
I am passionate about empowering young entrepreneurs to create sustainable solutions that not only generate income but also contribute to long-term community development.
I am motivated to mentor because I have practical experience building an agribusiness model from the ground up, and I want to help entrepreneurs turn ideas into sustainable, income-generating ventures. I am particularly interested in supporting early-stage founders to overcome real challenges such as limited resources, market access, and business model development. Mentorship is also an opportunity for me to contribute to building stronger entrepreneurial ecosystems while continuously learning and collaborating with innovative founders.
