About

As the founder of my own startup, Tcheker, which operated for nine years in the insurance and real estate industry, I have firsthand experience of the challenges and triumphs of building and scaling a business. Since 2018, I have also been a mentor with Réseau Entreprendre, where I have guided entrepreneurs in structuring their businesses, refining their vision, and navigating critical growth phases.

In addition to my business expertise, I am also a certified trainer in Ennéagramme, a powerful personal development tool. This allows me to help entrepreneurs better understand themselves, enhance their leadership skills, and improve team dynamics—essential aspects for building sustainable and successful ventures.

I have had the privilege of working with entrepreneurs from Africa, including in Côte d’Ivoire and Congo-Brazzaville. This experience has given me insight into the immense potential and unique challenges startups face on the continent. It has also deepened my belief that Africa is a hub of innovation and growth, where entrepreneurs can make a transformative impact, provided they receive the right support to realize their ambitions fully.

I specialize in startup structuring, governance, and scaling strategies, with a focus on:

– Establishing transparent frameworks to attract investors.
– Developing actionable roadmaps to align vision with execution.
– Coaching founders to build sustainable businesses that create jobs and drive local economies.

My passion lies in supporting Africa’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, which I believe is vital for fostering innovation, creating employment, and driving long-term economic growth. Through mentoring, I aim to empower entrepreneurs to overcome challenges, build resilient businesses, and contribute meaningfully to the continent’s development.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

I mentor because I want to give back to the entrepreneurial ecosystem that has shaped my career. As a founder with nearly a decade of experience building and scaling a business, I understand the challenges that entrepreneurs face, particularly in emerging markets like Africa.

Mentorship allows me to share my knowledge, help entrepreneurs avoid common pitfalls, and guide them in building sustainable businesses. I am also interested in exploring opportunities to engage as an advisor or serve on boards, where I can contribute to strategic decisions and long-term growth.

By mentoring, I aim to make a meaningful impact while building relationships with talented entrepreneurs and innovative businesses.
