About

Sarah Said has over 12 years of experience in various fields: Marketing, Business Development, Program Management, Learning and Development and Training. Sarah graduated from the American University in Cairo with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Minor in Psychology; she later pursued a Master’s of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing from the University of Leicester in Leicester, England. She also pursued a Train the Trainer (TOT) diploma from RITI institute and a certificate in Digital Marketing from Innovety. She also received a TOT in Design Thinking delivered by ERGO.

Sarah previously worked as a Learning and development Manager at Nahdet El Mahrousa (NM) where she carried the startups’ needs assessments, developed a content plan tailored to the startups and recruited trainers and consultants for the specific business /technical topics delivered to the startups. She is currently working as a Program Manager at NM, leading the USAID Scholars Activity program and she has delivered more than 30 rounds of Entrepreneurship & Design thinking trainings, along with 1-1 consultations.

Sarah has over 6 years in the field of development where she initially worked at INJAZ Egypt as a program specialist delivering TOT sessions on INJAZ programs to International and Local corporations in Egypt; she prepped the volunteers to be able to deliver interactive entrepreneurship and business sessions to students (Grade 5-12) in public schools across greater Cairo. Sarah also was in charge of the Entrepreneurship department at INJAZ, where she managed the incubator. She was also in charge of an entrepreneurship program funded by the US Embassy in Egypt where she led 12 entrepreneurs from Egypt to Silicon Valley to meet with Tech gurus in order to exchange experience and bring back revolutionary ideas to their startups.
