I have personally launched numerous successful eCommerce businesses in the US, with a successful exit in 2020 (as a solo female founder). Although my business experience is in eCommerce, I feel that my strengths lie in coaching. In fact I prefer not to mentor eCommerce entrepreneurs, because my goal as a coach is to support entrepreneurs in following their own paths, not mine. My coaching business Alkamīe is where I empower startup founders to realize their potential and overcome issues such as impostor syndrome, burnout, underperforming teams, and co-founder conflict.
As a female entrepreneur I’ve been quite privileged to have had the opportunities and resources that have allowed me to create success at a young age. It is my duty to pay that forward. As an expat in South Africa, I also feel that it is my duty to contribute to this country that has given me so much. And I believe the best way to do that is by supporting entrepreneurs.
