Hello, my name is Seth Arthur. I am a finance and investment advisor with over 15 years of experience supporting startups, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses across multiple sectors. I have a strong track record of assisting startups from ideation through to launch, helping founders structure their businesses, positioning them as investor-ready, and executing go-to-market strategies. My most recent projects include supporting the development of a fintech firm and a parcel delivery startup, both of which are currently performing well in Ghana. Through these engagements, I have developed deep expertise in early-stage venture building, financial structuring, and growth strategy. I am particularly interested in supporting early-stage founders during the critical setup phase, where strategic guidance and the right structure can significantly impact long-term success. My focus areas include fintech, logistics, real estate, and scalable platform-based businesses across Africa. I am passionate about offering guidance and providing the strategic support needed to build sustainable, high-growth ventures.
My objective of giving back to the startup ecosystem and supporting emerging entrepreneurs is anchored on my firsthand understanding of how difficult the early stages of building a business can be in Africa. Many promising founders struggle not because their ideas lack potential, but because they lack access to the right guidance, structure, and networks at the right time.
Over the years, I have worked closely with startups—from concept to launch—and have seen how a single piece of strategic advice, the right introduction, or a well-structured business plan can significantly change a venture’s trajectory. I have also seen the opposite: strong ideas fail due to avoidable mistakes in execution, funding strategy, or market positioning.
Giving back, for me, is about helping to bridge that gap. It is about equipping founders with the clarity, discipline, and strategic direction they need to build sustainable businesses. It is also about contributing to a stronger entrepreneurial ecosystem—one where more startups succeed, create jobs, and drive economic growth.
Ultimately, I see this not just as mentorship, but as a responsibility to share knowledge, experience, and networks in a way that enables the next generation of entrepreneurs to build with confidence and scale with purpose.
