About

Sharron Nsule is a dynamic and driven professional who has made significant contributions to the innovation ecosystem over the past 7 years. Her passion for supporting startup growth and women entrepreneurs has been a driving force behind her work in the field. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Dar es Salaam where she developed a strong foundation in business management, marketing, and economics. After completing her degree, she pursued a career in the banking sector and later joined the innovation space working at an innovation lab, where she has thrived and made a name for herself. Sharron has managed several innovation projects and programs, including accelerator programs, that have helped startups to succeed and grow through tailored mentorship . Her expertise in this area has been invaluable, and her ability to think creatively and strategically has made her an asset to any team she has worked with. Previously, she has worked as the Lab Manager at Smart Lab, where she led the lab development and execution of various programs that shaped the innovation ecosystem in Tanzania and beyond. Currently she works with CRDB Bank Foundation, as a Startup Development Manager. Her key role is to manage the startups growth through facilitating capacity building programs for them and provision of seed funding.
