A seasoned business leader and mentor with a distinguished entrepreneurial background spanning over twenty years, prominently positioned within Egypt’s corporate landscape. My expertise lies in Corporate Management & Turnarounds, cultivated through my tenures with multinational, regional, and private enterprises. With a track record of steering robust communication, financial acumen, and strategic management, I consistently propel business excellence.
My extensive professional journey includes roles as a board member in real estate and construction companies, evolving from a technical office engineer to construction management, strategic planning, and corporate leadership.

Notably, I founded two startups in Egypt & KSA, in addition to two construction companies in Egypt and the UAE, as well as building and reaching successful acquisitions of other ventures.

I also held a pivotal role as an assets management professional overseeing a portfolio of $30 million in assets, compiling of stock markets, commodity trading, and industrial investments.

As a mentor, I impart guidance in business management, valuations, financial and business modeling, leadership in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environments, and strategic planning for business management to budding startups.

I’m looking to give back to the eco-system and the fellow entrepreneurs, helping them reach maturity and business success, leveraging my 20 years of experience to reflect on how to build ventures from scratch and to exits.
