Sherin Mishriky

I am an Engineering graduate turned Organization Development & Management Consultant with 18+ years of experience in supporting companies reach their next growth levels. I worked with private sector companies in various sectors including ICT, real estate, health and medical services, retail, trading, manufacturing among others. I also consulted government and non governmental organizations. I am also a Business Coach and Mentor with the Cartier Women’s Initiative Award (CWI) since 2017. In addition to my work with scaleups and growth companies I am currently the Pipeline Development Consultant & Business Coach with the CFYE (Challenge Fund for Youth Employment) which is a fund aiming at promoting youth and women employment in the private sector. My work includes supporting companies reach their next level of growth by providing consulting services in the area of organization development with a focus on internal reorganization to enable companies to scaleup their operations in a smooth manner.

Meeting new people and being exposed to new businesses and ideas has always been a source of personal and professional enrichment. I believe that growth is both facilitated by our personal development efforts and by being exposed to different people, concepts and ideas. Mentoring gives me the opportunity to meeting new people, give back to others from what I have learnt from my personal and professional experiences. Additionally, it also opens up new connections for potential business development opportunities (I operate as an independent consultant). I would also love to engage with businesses as an advisor to help them grow.
