I am Sonia and I’ve been all my career in the tech industry across different domains like scaling operations, engineering, partnerships. Plus I am also a passionate career coach driving results. I am interested in companies that solve fundamental problems for human like- education and anything that supports women advancement.

I’m looking to support early stage startup founders in their initial setup phase to help them think through their plan and when they are planning to scale their business.
My interests are edtech & education.

If these early stage companies are looking for technology partners (esp on AI) to support their build, I can also introduce them to some good partners.

I want to be a startup mentor primarily to support a cause I deeply believe in, i.e. education and and to help these companies succeed. It’s both mentally stimulating and fulfilling to witness the positive outcomes. The impact of helping these startups thrive is far greater than what one person can achieve alone.
