Stefan Brandt

Hello my name is Stefan and I’ve been involved in startups for more than 25 years, as a founder and advisor.

I partner with founders so that they achieve what they want for themselves, for their teams, for their futures. My passion is to assist founders to develop best practices to increase the quality of their thinking in complex environments. My purpose is to inspire, create and shape progress and innovation in teams and people. My style is honest and challenging.

I see myself as a thought partner and approach embraces the whole person and is highly action orientated.

My key mentoring areas of focus are:

My area of expertise lies in leadership development, working with both teams and individuals.

As a mentor, I look to stretch and support individuals and teams to meet their full potential and enhance their performance.

My interests are range from education and mental wellness to fintech and VR|MR|XR use cases.

I’m a creator and collaborator, with a deep curiosity in understanding of people within ecosystems and value chains. I enjoy working with people and teams in a wide variety of settings and contexts, and use a range of methods to support them.
